With the advent of #digital, the flow of #content is reversed. Now we are struggling to get eyeballs and high click-through rates with customers in charge of what they consume.


#Buyingprocess and hence #buyingbehaviour has changed. Instant gratification has led to quicker and impatient decision-making. So even less time to swift through content, and even lesser for understanding and making sense.


So, the new approach to #communications is perhaps taking an outside-to-inside view of our stakeholders. That which is based on the way people consume content.
